Former Minster of Defense for Canada, Paul Hellyer, speaks at X-conference on April 18, 2008. Yes you hear the approval of the attending, however, the former Canadian Official suspiciously only speaks of the United States involvement with the familiar alien conspiracies. Since Hellyer is speaking at the conference an added unnerving note to his performance is his own actions. Subtle as they may be you notice that after the comedy hour portion of his speech he must constantly look down at the note cards and prepared speach that the woman at the beginning of the video presents to the podium.
Being a previous Canadian government official why is he only speaking of the US involvement? Is there are reason why the prized title of Minister of Defense is needed for such a presentation? Since Hellyer is presenting the speech himself and never alludes to a fact that he is presenting this for a friend of colleague then why does he seem to have a problem keeping on track with its direction?
Information similar to that presented at the X-Convention by Hellyer used to be very difficult to come by, but with new developments within the past 10 years its been very common place to see large numbers of people now presenting the same rhetoric over and over. Maybe thinking that since it doesn’t point to Roswell it’s breakthrough information that no one in the community of alien and government conspiracy has ever come across so it must populate the fastest, broadest mode of communication available to much of the world : the internet.
The only true difference between Hellyer’s speech and those I’ve heard and read a number of times is his apparent belief that the primarily US and/or world governments had commutation with aliens at some point in time choosing to attack the foreign intelligence when attack was not an obvious intent but rather communication was. In his statements : “Start moving the planet back from the brink of global disaster. They the military must have been so paranoid that they used the alien technology to fight them off rather then welcome them as partners in development”.
What seems to be the underlying/overall message to this is that the US military (and only the US military) have done something stupid (surprise)! After being contacted by a beneficial alien race that would join the government in extinguishing the use of fossil fuels, the most harmful of our tech to the earth, by replacing it with neutral or beneficial technology turned them down. Instead entering into contracts and negotiations with a ‘renegade’ extraterrestrial entity.
Through past reading I’ll assume this is actually the malevolent alien presence that everyone is at least somewhat familiar with. Abduction, torture, frying – you know the kind. The contracts and negotiations that are supposedly involved state that they (specific aliens) are allowed experimentation rights over a small percentage of the U.S. populace. They are required to only take those on a list set forth by the government. There are no restrictions as so far told by those with this information as to what these experiments may or may not encompass.
